Educator/Percussionist

Inland Empire Educator

Sebastian received his B.A. in Music Education with an Instrumental Emphasis from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) in the Spring of 2020 and will receive his Single Subject teaching credential in of the Spring of 2021. Sebastian currently teaches Band and Choir in Riverside County.

Marching

Sebastian has performed with groups such as Riverside City College Marching Tigers and POW Percussion.

Concert Ensemble

Sebastian has played with the Riverside City College Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble. He has also played with groups at California State University, Fullerton such as the Wind Symphony, Percussion Ensemble, Brass Ensemble and Tuba Ensemble on percussion. Sebastian makes time to play for community groups from time to time such as Riverside Community Band and San Bernardino Concert Band. He has enjoyed playing percussion for musical pit orchestras for productions including: “Guys and Dolls,” “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” and “A Chorus Line” in various theaters in Riverside and Orange County.

Drumset

Sebastian’s drumset experience includes playing with the RCC Jazz Ensemble, most notably at the Reno Jazz Festival where he won the soloist award. With the RCC Jazz Ensemble, Sebastian had the pleasure of performing with musicians like Shai Golan and Bobby Shew. He has also played with numerous jazz combos in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange County.
